Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Trisco Foods USA operates from a purpose-built 40,000 sq. ft. campus designed for scalable growth and operational excellence. With 17,500 sq. ft. of dedicated processing space, our facility supports customers across North America with flexible, high-quality contract manufacturing solutions.
World-Class Manufacturing
Our climate-controlled facility features eleven 316 stainless steel batching vessels with a total capacity of 53,800L. Advanced processing capabilities include steam-jacketed kettles, triple agitation systems (low shear, high shear, and scraped surface), powder induction technology, automated valve controls, and plant-wide Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems.
Operations are supported by PLC-driven automation, SCADA data collection, and lean manufacturing principles — ensuring consistency, efficiency, and full process transparency from development through to full-scale production.
Trisco Foods USA is BRCGS certified and operates under HACCP-based systems incorporating Codex principles, with Kosher and Halal accreditations.
Flexible Packaging Platforms
Our five integrated packaging systems allow us to support everything from single-serve to bulk foodservice formats:
· Sachets (4g–350g) – High-speed flexible packaging up to 1,000 packs per minute
· Bottles (450mL–5L) – Automated filling, labeling, capping, and induction sealing
· Single-Serve Cups (1.5oz–6oz) – Hermetically sealed at speeds up to 90 cups per minute
· Bulk VFFS Pouches (up to 33lbs) – Airless formats for extended shelf life
· Bag-in-Box (1–5 gallon) – Sustainable, cost-effective bulk solutions
