In a blender, combine the milk, vanilla ice cream, Trisco vanilla topping, and vanilla extract. If you want it thick and cold, add a few ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste; add more vanilla topping if you want it sweeter or stronger.
Pour into a tall glass.
Top with whipped cream, then drizzle a little more vanilla topping on top. Garnish with crushed biscuits or chocolate shavings if liked.
